I am trying to restore a client's files using File/Restore. When I go to select the file (i.e. AK_GCC 123108 Backup.zip) and click on Open, I get an unrecoverable error.
When you re-open the program you should see the error and will most likely be prompted to email the error to us. We need to know what the error is in order to know what the problem is.
