Fatal Error when installing AK 24

I have 2 machines that I have installed AK24 on and when it goes to loan I am getting a Fatal error
The error log is below.

We recommend that the program be installed locally to each PC as a single user install. Simply insert the CD and follow the defaults for single user.

You should also be logged in as Administrator when installing the program to avoid any rights issue.
