We recently upgraded one of our client machines to AK 22 which prompted the user convert our shared data files to AK 22 files. For various reasons now we need to temporarily backwards convert the data files to AK 21. When trying to access/open the data files in the old AK 21 client it is prompting to convert the file, and then the program errors out when attempting the conversion. Is there any way to currently do this?

Once data has been accessed in the new version of Asset Keeper it can no longer be accessed in a prior version. However, there is no reason to go back to version 21. Anything you need to do can be done in 22.
